Organization Courses

Amaltea Cooking School offers Amateur Courses and Team Building Courses. You can choose different experiences of one or more lessons, in which you learn the techniques, the use of the tools and the specific processes.

We select high quality raw materials because we believe that Cooking is an Art. For this reason to lead your course will be a true food lover: Chef Luca Marchini or his sous-chef of the starred restaurant L'Erba del Re.

The lessons are designed with a maximum presence of 8 people, to follow you at the best and giving you all the space and time to do the right practice. You can follow your favorite course or give one, the choice is wide and diversified.

Cooking is a personal experience and an excellent moment of sharing (we work all around the same kitchen floor), which produces not only excellent flavors, but a true gastronomic culture that also gives space to individual expression. So, once you wear your Amaltea apron, here's the first recipe to follow: learn the techniques, ask the chef questions, have fun together in class, reproduce the dish at home, re-elaborate according to personal expression
