\nDesigned with a highly stimulating theoretical and practical approach, it offers Amateur cooking Courses and structured team building sessions.
\nThe School is a bright and comfortable open space that hosts its participants around a single work floor, large enough to abundantly train manual skills and experiment with all the preparations. Never is missed a final moment of conviviality to savour the recipes created. Making the perfect recipe is not the only purpose of a lesson. Together with Chef Luca Marchini, and his collaborators, we live a path made of gastronomic culture and technical knowledge starting from the selection of the raw material, passing through the story of the origins of the recipe and its processing.
